Shipping Information
Shipping & handling charges are automatically added to the total amount of the order based on weight. Please allow 1-2 days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your order to be processed. If there is a delay with your order we will keep you posted. When your order or back order is shipped your shipping and tracking information is emailed to the address you provided. It can be 2-7 days for an order to arrive via our shipping methods – UPS, Fedex, and USPS. It is then your responsibility to track your order. Tracking info and BOLs are provided for Freight orders, which may take longer depending upon your location. If an order is refused or returned to seller, you are responsible for the shipping charges.
We are working on Expedited shipping, but for now, If you want an Expedited Order please call 608-523-4709 or email sales@thegarageproject.com to get a shipping quote. HandiWall Panels cannot be expedited due to carrier damage. Back ordered products will be shipped as soon as possible. Sales tax is added to Wisconsin orders only. Shipping is by our choice of carriers. If you have a shipper preference or service, please email sales@thegarageproject.com
International Customers
It is no longer feasible to try and figure in International shipping costs. International Customers may call 608-523-4709 or email sales@thegarageproject.com to see if the items you want can ship to your country and to get a shipping quote.
International customers may find that when their order is delivered by carrier they are required to pay an extra customs fee or duty fees. The shipping charge from The Garage Project Online only covers our part in getting your package(s) to your destination. We cannot be responsible for Canadian or International Customs Fees, Taxes, Import Fees, or Duties.
Return Policy
GUARANTEE: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, so we offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with one of our products for any reason, just send it back to us in the same condition it was sent to you (with all the packaging intact) and we will accommodate your request for a refund. Shipping costs, either way, will not be refunded on returns, unless authorized. All returns must have prior approval, which can be obtained by emailing sales@thegarageproject.com. Items must be returned within 20 days of receipt of delivery.
Any damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours in order for us to file a claim with the carrier. Please save packaging and take pictures if possible to help us file the claim. If an item is delivered by LTL Freight, please note the condition of the item(s) – you have the right to refuse delivery. If you sign for a damaged delivery anyway, please have the driver notate all damage on the proof of delivery form. Again, please save packaging and take pictures.
